I was gifted a massage with scrub for Sol Spa - both the space and the experience were gorgeous. I found contacting to make the booking not as easy as I hoped - but I think that it perhaps was a short staffed week when I was trying to book. I would definitely go again.

We had my sisters hens party at the botanica restaurant. Before hand we wanted the bridesmaids to have a spa treatment. The sol spa was the place to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The treatments were relaxing and refreshing. I can’t thank sol spa enough for making the day so wonderful.

I was recommended this spa by a friend so I thought I would book in for a massage. The whole experience was great - amazing massage, great staff and a lovely calm setting - I even had a walk around their scented garden!

I was given a 30th birthday voucher to attend this lovely space last year. It was by far one of the most luxurious solo experience of my life. Beginning with a glass of bubbly in front of a beautiful green garden backdrop to aid your relaxation mode. The Therapists will then show you to your personal spa room where you will experience the most relaxing facial and full body massage leaving you cleansed and rejuvenated. Ending with a beautiful Japanese bento lunch box & cocktail. Highly recommend this experience to gift your loved ones!

I had booked in for my mother and I last week to have a facial and massage in the couples room, as this was a special day together for us. I had sent back/forth emails with different staff members to customise our package, as my mother cannot be laying for too long for a massage, and this was confirmed would be ok in email. When we got there on the day, the therapists took us into separate rooms, and it wasn’t until I had to tell them we specifically requested to be together that they moved us. They had not idea about our customized package and it was difficult to re-explain this again so we didn’t get what we asked for.I also never received a confirmation message, so getting to the Spa was difficult and we had to walk around twice to find it.Overall, the massage and facial were below average. The therapist didn't put any pressure into the massage, even when I asked for it to be firmer. The facial was not relaxing, the therapist kept applying different cleansers/exfoliants without actually working them in, and then would barely wipe them off before the next step. My skin was left to feel really uncomfortable and congested afterwards, I washed my face as soon as I got home.For the price point, I would not recommend this Spa. I gave 2 stars because the setting and rooms were nice.

I went to Sol Spa last month for a pampering day on my Birthday and it was worth every cent! The massage was the best part. I could tell the therapist was very knowledgeable as she managed to work on all my tension points perfectly. I will definitely go back :)

Edit: I purchased a multi treatment package for my wife.She mentioned that the room assigned her had no shower so she had to travel to other rooms between treatments which wasn't well planned by Sol Spa.Additionaly, the speakers in the room weren't working so the therapist played music from her phone and the tea offered was served in disposable plastic cups.These aren't significant issues but I would expect more from this type of venue; the quality of product and service should be reflective of the cost, which is on par with a reasonable in-hotel spa.
