Wish I could give this gym 6 stars! Quality, varied, tailored programming provided in a well equipped venue with everything you could want. Training is provided by highly experienced professionals who are genuinely invested in your outcomes. I've never been fitter or stronger. Love this place.

I sometimes arrive at the gym with a stiff back. By the time Eddie's finished stretching and training me if feel 25 years young again!

Can't recommend this gym highly enough, the owner and head trainer Eddie has an in depth understanding of not only strength and conditioning but injury rehabilitation and programming. The gym is well set up and the group classes are run really well with the trainers able to give each person direct attention throughout the class on form and performance.

Best gym ever and I have been to a lot. Eddie and the trainers are always ready with a new workout plan supplemented with individual tailoring as needed. Everyone is friendly and we all support each other, have a laugh along the way and genuinely enjoy our gym experience. It's obvious we are all better for it.In the past my strength and fitness yoyo's with my motivation but Eddie always keeps me accountable without being overbearing and always ensures my results trend is moving in the right direction. Eddie is the master of 'you got this' and keeping my headspace positive.

I’ve taken personal training with Eddie at Studio 6 for 4 years and it has yielded great results I never could have achieved on my own. The exercises are challenging but always fun and varied. Eddie is extremely personable and works in with his clients according to their needs and issues.

I’ve been coming to Studio 6 for almost 2 years now it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done! Feeling fit and strong. The group sessions are always fun and feel supported with proper technique and guidance. Definitely recommend giving it a go.
