so my partner nephew works for strathpine smash repairs he took his subaru wrx in to respray it for him 3 months ago was told by his nephew it was being done and finish to come home with nothing done from when it left our property my partner rang them to find out info on car and spoke to the manager inchargered and was told they said nothing can be told this is putrid and very upsetting as this car was a car being done up for his son that passed away in 2017 he is absolute shattered and noone will pay to fix it nd also dammed to his inter cooler as wellit was returned today by Rudd's towing not straphine smash repairs on a tilt tray this was also left out in the weather threw all the rain with no front window or front door windows all parts were put in car and hanging out the front windows where the windscreen was ment to be in and was paid for and none will refund the money for it or the damages done to his car its cost my husband over 20 grand since buying this car and his left with nothing

It's never pleasant to have panel damage repaired, but these guys definitely take the pain out of it! Excellent customer service, high quality repairs and they give you your car back fully detailed inside and out, how good is that! Outstanding, thanks guys would definitely recommend your business.

Stay well clear of this joint. Had the car in for repair under insurance. When they were cleaning the interior they snapped the button off the gear shifter and did not tell me. I advised them immediately after finding the snapped off part hidden away in the glove box and they told me they will not take responsibility for the damage they caused as this “could have happened to anyone and probably would have happened eventually anyway and this tends to happen with Jeeps”. With this reasoning if they cause damage to your car they will tell you this could have happened to anybody and send you on your way and wash their hand clean of any responsibility.

Very very poor service. My car was in an accident in May 2019. It took 2 months to get my car back, after returning it for items not fixed and also damage done to my dash while in their care. Upon return of the vehicle, my car was absolutely filthy and all the parts removed from my car were in my boot, which I had to pay to dispose of, and my jack was missing. Will never use again. They do not care, things get broken and go missing and my boot now smells like a mechanics shop, and has grease all through it from the car parts. Disgusted with this place.

Excellent service by the team. Our repairs was carried out in the time frame the repair quoted us. The manager even came in on his day off on the weekend to allow us to pick up the vehicle when I couldn’t make it back on Friday. Great friendly service.

I have taken a 2008 Toyota Camry and a 2021 Mazda CX8 to Strathpine Crash repairs due to moderately damaged bumpers. I sought out competing quotes for both instances and both times Strathpine Crash Repairs offered the best value quote. I cannot complain about the quality of their work at all, it was excellent and both vehicles were returned looking as new.The work took exactly the amount of time specified (3 days) and the staff were professional and very easy to deal with.I am very happy with their services and would definitely recommend if you find your vehicle in need of repairs.

Avi and the team were extremely helpful and professional when providing a quote for my insurance claim. They were the only garage that opened my doors to check full damage for the quote.
