Big Shout out to the crew at Dowden's Pool Department. Staff are very knowledgeable & Helpful. Had to replace the chlorinator in our pool, they worked out the best model & gave me tips with the install. Cant recommend them highly enough. Great work Dowdens Team.

Called them to come and help with leaking seals on a sand filter. Attended quickly - provided a quote, came back three days later when they had the parts, cost less than quoted and repaired quicker than expected. I was kept in the loop the whole time. Service was absolutely amazing.

Great place to get your pool water tested and pool supplies. The staff are very helpful, friendly and know their stuff. Prices are pretty good too. Whenever our pool goes psycho we get them in to tame the beast and they do it efficiently and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them

Not impressed , the person I spoke to was very rude and obviously wasn't interested. I have read other reviews maybe I got someone having a bad day but I won't be using this place , rang Jayco and got all the answers and purchased from them .

We had a issue with our pool filter, so I contacted Dowdens and spoke with Frances. She was extremely helpful and got me the quotes I requested. Frances organised to have Glen come out and install a new filter as I thought mine was not repairable. When Glen came out to do the job, he called me and informed me that my filter was indeed repairable. Cause of his honesty, it saved us the cost of the new filter and time to install it. 100% recommend contacting Dowdens for any issues, best customer service I have received.
