These ladies are amazing. On my holiday I took two of my Hubbys shirts and my new summer skirt for alterations. They altered them that afternoon as I was leaving next day for Charters Towers. When I picked up at 9am next morning my clothes went waiting for me at the counter. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thanks so much Ladies. :)

I’d used these guys for many years with generally good results. Unfortunately under different management the service has slipped to the point that I’m taking my business elsewhere. They don’t pay attention to requests, perform shoddy repairs and alterations and consistently fail to meet promised deadlines. Recently they’ve charged me for messing up their alterations and then undoing them back to original state, and have butchered a pair of jeans with a patch which I had another seamstress fix up.I persevered with them for longer than I normally would thinking that everyone has a bad day. The final straw for me was when I expressed my disappointment for their recent letdown, I was met with false claims, argument and very little care factor. A real shame.

This place ruined my daughter's formal dress. The stitching looked like a pirate had done it. Very poor quality of work. Not recommended.
