Worst real estate ever.Makes appointment to inspect renovations and doesn't turn up or even give notice to say he's not coming.Still waiting for our oven, to be fixed its been 3 years and still hasn't been fixed.We got broken into last year, and needed to get fly screens reinstalled and the security shutters fixed, and we are still waiting...The electrician mentioned us needing a safety switch...still waiting.And yet again, they keep putting the rent up, without having fixed anything.Avoid this real estate completely!!

We have had several years of wonderful experience with Captain Cook Real Estate.We handed over the responsibilities of managing an investment property to Shaneel about 12 years ago after a disastrous experience with another agency. He managed it extremely competently till we sold it a few years ago.Very recently, Shaneel was able to secure a tenant for another property within a week of discussing with him. He achieved this by prioritising the leasing process by advertising and discussing with potential tenants even before we signed any paperwork.Shaneel is extremely trust worthy and efficient. His constant communication and motivation to get the job done properly is appreciated muchly.
