This is a fantastic shop that has a great range of products at competitive prices and a website that is easy to navigate. The items I ordered came the next day and the customer service that I had was the best I’ve had when buying from online motorcycle shops. It was quick and easy and could not have been more helpful. Online order. Made an order in the morning, with free postage, and received my items before lunch the next day. Website was easy to navigate and find the right parts for my bike without sifting through unnecessary items. I would use them again without hesitation and will recommend to my friends.

We purchased two kids helmets here, we had to ask for help initially and the guy that helped us first basically wasn’t helpful. He said here they are, try them on. We knew nothing so…. not great. Then a younger guy came over to help, he was much better. He gave us a bit of a run down on price points and what made them different, helped my son try on helmets even though he freaked out (wasn’t used to the tightness). The initial vibe when we walked in wasn’t great, the first guy made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We ended up spending about $170 x 2 for basic kids helmets, it’s not like we’re in there buying a tshirt.

Great store, friendly staff. A place to go into and always walk out from buying something. Great shopping experience utilising the ipads to search if not in store display but in the warehouse connected or needs to be delivered.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Nothing seems to be of too much trouble.Very neat and tidy well laid out showroom and well stocked.If its not on the shelf or on a rack it'll be out the back...Just ask a staff member.

The MX store is simply just a quick & easy way to acquire your Bike Bits & Pieces on line. Their Service & Courtesy is Excellent and if they don't have the parts they will endeavour to find you a reliable alternative. Who could ask for better Service - and, you don't have to go across Town to Hunt for that equipment.

Hands down the best store I’ve ordered parts from. Huge range, very clear about what parts fit what bikes. Ordered multiple times, arrived within a few days nicely packaged with a free magazine and some stickers. Would 100% recommend them over a lot of the other Aussie retailers!
