Extremely long waiting times, The workers were mostly good, except when i had to see one of the supervisors, she said i would require a medical certificate from a treating doctor to prove my illness after having had the same lifelong illness and receiving payments for 10 years and continued regular doctors visits. Not only that but her disrespectful attitude and talking down to me with her lack of education on my condition was frustrating at best.

The wait time has decreased significantly compared to a few years ago, the security guard is quite nice. Centrelink in general however took over 11 months to process the fact I have a mental illness. Whole time they're trying to make me go to a job provider which cancels my appt that I waited 11 months for. Anyways it's sorted, but the background service could be a lot better. Not the fault of this centre but management as a whole. Hence the four star rating

Your work programs are a waste of people time and money. Your services you provide are of a very poor standard. Use cannot even answer phones. Your app is pure garbage

Why can’t we just call Centrelink and talk to a human being, this digital world we are creating is not going to end well, everything is online and it’s frustrating when a simple questions can be answered with a simple 5min phone call but instead centerlink makes it hard by having to do everything online.

Helpful, friendly, and polite every time I need Centrelink. They don't always have the answer I'm looking for but they do a great job trying to help me out. Wait time is never more than 30 minutes, and lots of clean seats and lighting, welcoming reception and free use of computers if you need to print something out for the visit. Free parking below the building is a huge help instead of needing to park at the street meter. Very covid cautious and made me feel safe as I am pregnant and wary of public spaces.

After being told to sit in the blue" chairs I was called in after a reasonable 10 minute wait only to be told I needed to go back and sit in a "black" chair. I have since learned that the "black" chairs are where people go to die waiting for service. The lady that tends to the slowly dying in the "black" chairs went MIA never to be seen again. Whilst my life was slowly ebbing away

Went in twice to Ipswich centerlink to update my income and twice they said it was all goods till I got another letter saying my income was cut so I had to call the centerlink to get it sorted and they did amazing job then me going into centerlink that won't help much and putting my information into wrong area

A very positive experience at Medicare Ipswich today, thanks to Customer Service Representative, Jardine. I was guided through the mobile app which resolved my complicated issue with relative ease.The booking by another person was however, very disappointing. Advised a different time which was allocated to a different department.This review score only reflects satisfaction for consultation today.

Dreadful place called last Thursday on hold for 2 hours then call got disconnected. Between Thursday Friday and today have rung over 36 times can't get through. What are we supposed to do now.

Check in, tell them what you need, wait for name to be called, tell them what you need again, wait for name to be called again...This doesn't help my anxiety any...And then they just tell me to do things online.What's the point of the office?
