Absolutely terrible! Had my nails done on tuesday and they all fell off on the Friday following tried to charge me $80 for them when they told me at the start they were only going to be $55. I then called them to tell them what happened and asked for my money back because that is unacceptable. The lady then yelled at me over the phone and called me a liar. I then took myself to them to complain face to face they refused to give me my money back and told me I was causing scene in front of they customers.

My attendant seemed bored, staring out at the shopping centre while massaging my legs and feet. In the end my toenails were not completely clean nor filed in shape nicely. I had to ask her to fix this. After a quick varnish I was just left! Had to ask had she finished.

Absolutely terrible experience - great range of colours but i wont be going there again

SNS... I have never been so disappointed and upset. I could not wait to leave the shop. I had 3 different people doing my nails. The last person that took over, i felt that he was not at all confident and he literally took a chunk of my skin out around my cuticle. I was in so much pain, bleed and he doesn't even care. Rough and rude and i did not get what I asked for. Then I was asked if I was in a hurry due to them wanting to take photos. Fair to say I would not be returning.

Needed a pedicure, staff were attentive, friendly and I was very happy with the result.Especially enjoyed the hot rock leg massage!

I waited an hour to get my nails done then took another hour and a bit to get them done, the man was rough and very rude, my nails are so infected and they weren’t even done properly definitely not going back!

Got my eye brows done here 20 minutes ago they sit you on a stool to wax that should have been a warning right there!!The lady who waxed my eye brows took off a chunk in the middle of my eye brow and didnt tell me of course... she hid it under other hairs.. i didnt know until i got home... no point calling as she already knows what she did!!!I will NEVER go back there again!!!

Certainly not coming back here again. Poor, rushed service.I visited today for a pedicure and infills - the pedicure was fine, however, the moment I sat in the chair for my fingernails, the lady who I assume is the manager, seemed rushed and annoyed. She used the electric file on a setting way too high, and was clearly trying to rush the job to get through more customers.This was fine until she slipped and hit the side of my finger/cuticle, causing pain and a visibly deep cut. While I completely understand this happens, when called out for it she tried to blame me that I was using my phone - which was completely unfair given I’d tapped my phone with my other hand that she wasn’t even using. After offering for me to wash my hands, I headed for the basin, where half-finished iced lattes were left, including rubbish and a bin so overfilled I had to squish my paper towel on the top of a pile.In addition to the cut, amidst her rush, there was a solid minute where she was filing my bare skin on the side of my thumb. While she offered an apology by means of not charging me for the infills, this doesn’t take away from the very rushed and attitude-filled service. I can imagine running a small business in a shopping centre at Christmas time must be extremely exhausting and stressful, however - quality means a whole lot more to customers than being rushed through and packed in like sardines.Save the frustration and poor experience and visit Nailssie Bar in the City Centre instead.

Today I got an acrylic infill, service was very poor and really rough with my hands, it felt rushed.I go to this Salon every month and it’s usually $50 for an infill (I get the exact same every time) today it was $60 for an infill and when I questioned why it was more the worker just argued that I was incorrect and was gaslighting me.I just paid the $60 and left confused.To top it all off I’ve got home had a shower and the nail polish is just flaking of one of my fingers not even 5 hours after my infill.Very disappointed, would not recommend.
