I recommend Gary very highly. He did a great job recovering the data from the hard drive of what I thought was a very dead Mac. But more than that, he explained what he would do in understandable, non-geeky language (how rare is that?), was friendly yet professional and did it all for a very fair price. A big thumbs up for GaryIT.

Gary was very honest when I rang him. I'd been having trouble with my laptop which I bought from Harvey Norman and Gary helped me more in one phone call than Harvey Norman did in 4 months. He advised which was my best direction to head toward and within 2 weeks my computer was sorted and returned.

We have used GaryIT for years now without a complaint. Our home PC had an issue after a recent lighting strike which was tested and diagnosed very quickly. He gave us options but given the age of the machine (8yo) we took on board his advice to go new. After looking at the big retail outlets we came to Gary for advice and he suggested he could build us a machine from scratch for the same price but offering much better performance.We can not be more excited with the outcome.... a super fast well specked PC with everything we requested, which is so quick compared to what we had its a dream.Highly recommend.

My storage device that I keep my photos on failed. I tried everything to get it working but without success. Luckily I found Gary IT online and contacted him for help. Gary deserves more than 5 stars. He managed to get my device back up and running and saved all my photos. I am so grateful to Gary for his knowledge and help. I would highly recommend his services.
