Baby Bunting Burleigh Waters

Visiting this store is not a nice experience. The staff are rude and miserable, the manager was also extremely rude. It’s such a shame. There’s so many reviews about the rude service, such a shame that management or head office aren’t doing anything to fix that. I won’t shop here again.

Very rude staff there. Lady that installs the seat is lovely but the rest are not very friendly or helpful and I was either lied to about price match by first staff or it was over the second lady's pay grade to sort the issue. Really disappointed with the service.

The shop is in a convenient location and has a good selection of products.I’m a fan of buying in online shops rather than brick & mortar retailers because the prices are, most of the time, much more competitive. However, I’m happy to pay those extra dollars for the customer service you should receive in the traditional shops when you need some help.My partner and I visited the Baby Bunting Burleigh shop yesterday to get some advice about the car seats. The woman who attended us was rude and useless; according to her, all car seats are the same, just a bit more cushioning here or there. After 45 seconds of her time, she moved on to do something different.I’m sure there are beautiful workers there, but we were unlucky. Back to online shopping!

Each visit I’ve been met with very friendly and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to help answer questions and provide advice. Great service!

Rip off shop! I can buy the exact same items for less than half price elsewhere. Customer service is non existent. Staff are super rude

The staff here can be pretty rude and unprofessional. Have overheard them complaining about parents that have crying children in the store, car seat fitting experience was pretty unpleasant. Wouldn't recommend this store unless there's no other choice

Staff are always rude with attitude and never seem willing to help! Costs are so high in comparison to other shops which makes me wonder what mark up they are using! New “loyalty” program is a rip off as well. Go elsewhere if you can you’ll get much better pricing and service! Avoid it if you can. I know I will be.

Usually go to the Helensvale store but went here as it’s a bit closer to home. The car seat installation was great as was the assistant I spoke to at the front cash desk. However, I needed some help with prams and the chick that served me was very unhelpful. She had the pram I wanted to look at in stock but was not willing to bring it out onto the shop floor to show me. I think if I’m about to spend over $800 on an item I should be able to see it first. She acted like it would be an inconvenience and hassle to show me the pram and that there was no room for it on the shop floor. Not my problem love! Anyway I will buy the pram online with another retailer because of this experience.
