Customer service? What customer service??? The ladies in the morning need to focus on getting people through the queue instead of chatting. Had two older blonde ladies serve me in between chatting. Only reason I go here is to accrue my frequent flyer points and because they were talking while serving she advised me to enter my details to claim points after I had given her the cash. So lost under 8,000 points. Told her that’s not what I wanted and that she told me to enter my details in the machine and the other woman had the nerve to say, well you shouldn’t have hit enter! Well maybe if you had explained properly and not been chatting it would not have happened. Get your service under control. As soon as there is another local service station, this one will be out of business.

This place is very popular with Ambos across the road. I've always seen them here before work.Knowing ambos, they say they keep coming back for the service particularly from Kendall and Kat who have amazing memories and exceptional warm customer service.Well done ladies. Customer service is everything.

Went yesterday only customer and still took the 8 min to serve me they had to call the blonde lady off her break to serve me. Its a bloody joke. Ill always make sure to not have an empty tank when i get home so i can dodge this place.

Nothing New - Coffee customers more important than fuel. Helpful when you're trying to get to work in the morning. BP can you fix the slack service here??

What a horrific experience the staff have no clue and management hasn’t a clue neither.Without Kendal that place is useless.

Just bought 2 coffees at this servo undrinkable.The girls that work during the week do an amazing job and the coffee is awesome.The guy who worked on Easter Sunday at about 11:30am on the coffee machine needs retraining.I have no idea what he did but the coffees were disgusting.

I honestly don't know why I keep pursuing with this place. It's no longer a petrol station with the option of getting a coffee, it's now a coffee shop with the option of getting petrol. The morning ladies seem more interested in gas bagging while making coffee than activating the pumps. It's no wonder this place has such a poor rating. Manager, sort it out!

Went in on 26th of April at midday, Nasty Woman there decided to yell at me with a tone because I asked for food in a self serve" section that didn't have clear signage. I left and she began complaining to her coworker. Hope your day gets better because you certainly sound like you need it."

There was a worker who was obviously new and I got yelled at by another elder worker for asking if there was honey in my coffee, she gave me massive attitude.

Usually we have no problems here, this morning however has changed our minds. The ladies behind the counter need to be mindful of which customers they are gossiping about. Not nice to hear them calling my husband all sorts of names, presuming he was stealing ice. Was nice to see the shock on their faces when they realised I was with him. Disappointing customer service.
