Love this pharmacy. Always pleasant and welcoming and they don't chitter chatter they do their work. Fantastic staff

David and I have been a customer of the Fernvale chemist for years and we have always found the staff especially Helen to be very helpful and shows genuine interest in our care. Although Hellen is a pharmacist she is more than happy to help us choose men’s products and ladies beauty products as she has a vast knowledge base. You can ask Hellen about any medication needs and she is always helpful. I have found her to be very helpful and compassionate about her work and the customers she takes care of. I was a bit disturbed about some of the negative comments that have been written in these reviews about Hellen but I conclude that they do not want an honest opinion from Hellen and Hellen does not suffer fools easily.

There really isn't much that you can ride drug store on to give it a four or five star review so realistically there's not a lot of things that they can do wrong or right to increase or decrease a review.On that note however I've always found the staff be incredibly friendly and super efficient at getting the drugs and prescriptions filled with very minimal wait times.It is also incredibly helpful that you can use their online ordering form to send prescriptions to them and be able to pick them up.This is a service that my wife users often as she works during the day and works from home and cannot get down to get her prescriptions filled, however the ease of online ordering from them and sending the prescriptions in means that I can go and pick up my wife's prescriptions with minimal hassle.

Staff are always amazing informative and very helpful with a smile on there face. Great country hospitality and service.

I have dealt with a lot of chemists over the years and I have found this store to be in the top 5 of chemists that I would trust to go to for not only customer service but help with any advice you need for your prescription/s and over the counter medication/s. All the staff who work there are truly such lovely people.

Very very slow been here three time lately and its always a long wait for basic scripts. 20 minutes today.
