Our home gets cold in winter and is hard to keep warm. I asked Melanie and Kel, for advice about how I could heat and cool my home more efficiently. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They gave me fantastic tips, and the report they provided is an excellent checklist that I can now use to improve the energy efficiency of our home. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing.

Mel from Sustainability Certified carried out a scorecard assessment of our home. She was extremely knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Through the assessment results as well as Mel's practical advice, we've been able to make a number of short term improvements that are already paying dividends. We also have a clear plan for the more significant changes required to really shift the dial. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommended Mel and Kel enough. Their report was so comprehensive and the Residential Efficiency Scorecard was so simple and clear to understand. On our electrification and energy efficiency journey, using Sustainability Certified was essential. I used their comprehensive report as a roadmap, ticking off tasks as I achieved them. They provided short, medium and long term suggestions. They go above and beyond and to top it off they’re just lovely people. Can’t recommend them enough. They really know their stuff.

Researched a few companies, spoke to a few people in my community FB group and ‘Sustainability Certified’ kept rating the best! Mel and Kel were very easy to work with. Communication, emails, text and especially their custom Report worked out the best for us and our home. Their checklist included stuff hubby & I could do ourselves as well as recommendations for professional installers of insulation, solar and heat pump. Highly, highly recommended company to work with and our energy bills are already dropping. Thanks heaps guys!
