The PureWax product was purchased for me but didn't need it so I asked a refund. PureWax staff were extremely helpful, refunding my money without any hesitation, then to my amazement & as a gesture of quality customer service, the PureWax staff advised me to keep the product as a gift from them. I never experienced such a professional & exceptional level of customer service. I tried the product on my 2005 Mazda Tribute last weekend & I could not believe how the vehicle came up, the product really works, it's fantastic & I would recommend it to everyone. I have nothing but praise for Purewax as business, their customer service & the product is incredible...thank you

Excellent product and customer service.For my car, I use it and it lasts for almost a month clean and shining, really easy to apply, best for apartment usage as I don't need water tap. Got this to use on my car and was told it would work at home too (bathroom, kitchen and all glasses), works beautifully and lasts much more than normal supermarket glass cleaner.

I have been buying this for over 4 years or more. I use it for cleaning my car but also windows and mirrors throughout my house, any surface really. It's the best.
