The best customer service I've ever come across. Went above and beyond (and put up with me, which is no mean feat when I'm stressed). Whilst the outcome wasn't quite what I'd hoped, it wasn't because they didn't try, it was simply a supply chain issue, and they still made sure that I was able to get a wonderful bear in time for the holidays. 1q0% recommend.Cherie, you're a blessing

This teddy bear shop is run my a mother and daughter who have a beary special way of running it. A lot of love and care goes into it which gives it such a unique touch. They have lots of brands and lots to choose from in all shapes and sizes! All well priced. Will be back and can highly recommend!

I just came home from 'The Teddy Bear Shop' with my grand daughter and we just had the most delightful day. We went in to buy 3 Steiff Teddies for our newborns and ended up buying 8 for everyone. The mother and daughter team were absolutely wonderful to deal with and ever so helpful. We deffinitely recommend this shopping experience.
