I ordered screen protectors 6 weeks ago and still haven't received them. I have emailed customer service several times but still haven't received a reply. I have tried to call the mobile number provided but can't get through. I have noticed a few customers complaining about same issue. Terrible service. Will never ever purchase from this place again and I hope if you're reading this you save yourself the headache.

I ordered the wrong Smart Case for my Samsung A71 5G model phone. I contacted Smart Cases and their service to exchange for the correct model was fast, efficient and friendly. I even arranged to buy another one for my wife during the process and they made it easy for me to pay them direct rather than going back onto the website. I recommend Smart Cases as a very good company to be a customer of.

Screen case is fantastic, screen protectors were damaged in transit, they have offered to send replacement items free of charge...great customer service and support. Well played.Will definitely recommend you to my friends.

When I purchased my item I was sure that it's was a free delivery after I paid I find out that free only to pick it up from his Sydney warehouse! weird? No refund and I had to send him extra money for delivery. this is misleading! Good business needs honesty and good service. I hope you get it.

Recommend. No postage costs and my package arrived pretty quickly. If they were able to provide tracking updates by email I'd give them 5 stars.

Case is good quality, reasonable price and lots of options for my phone type, which can be hard to buy for. Was sent an incorrect product however, but customer service was pleasant, easy to resolve the issue with and had my issue rectified within 2 days of initial contact. Overall pleased with my experience, will be buying again.

I placed my order on 1st May & received a confirmation email. On 3rd May I received a case in the mail but it was the wrong one. Advised them immediately by email & a follow up the next day. Received an apology & assured the correct case to be sent. I returned the incorrect one. On 11May I received the correct one in the mail. A little bit of back & forth but eventually received what I ordered. Would order again.

The staff were very responsive but very insistent on waiting the full 10 working days before taking any action when my order didn't arrive (i emailed them the morning of the 10th day and they told me to email again after 5PM). After that, however, they re-sent my order straight away with tracking and it arrived very soon after, so all up, their service is very good.

I received excellent service from Smart Cases. I ordered the wrong IPhone cover size, Smart Cases staff helped me by giving me excellent advice on what to do I returned the wrong IPhone and within that time I had a new IPhone cover sent to me within a couple of days. Great service would definitely buy from them again.
