I walked in for a remedial massage which I normally do in Lee Massage Rouse Hill as I’m in the area anyway. But unfortunately I did not feel like it was a remedial massage. It’s almost like just smearing oil on my body and a bit of firm pressure. I’m disappointed my back muscles are still tight..

I was a walk-in and they were able to fit me in on the spot. I opted for 60min deep tissue massage and they included hot stones for free (my first time with hot stones and I loved them - deep heat that gets to the stiffest coldest parts!) William massaged me - he is truly excellent. One of the best deep tissue massages I've had. He honed in on the worst parts almost immediately. I left feeling much lighter and looser, rejuvenated and thoroughly relaxed. Great service.

Made a last minute booking and was not disappointed, was offered a foot soak while waiting for my turn. The staff are so kind and polite. My massage was top quality! Got all the knots out of my back. The ambiance is great and the smell of the place instantly relaxes you. Definitely will be back again.

I had an amazing experience at Chi Healing . Claire did a wonderful Job. She located the problem area and focused on all the issues I told her. I was so much relieved and relaxed immediately after the session with her.I would highly recommend Claire.

Arrived in Westpoint half an hour before the appointment and the female manager rang me to put the appointment forward for another half an hour.After walking in westpoint for one hour, I checked myself in and paid. The manager told me to wait for ten minutes.Half an hour later I had the massage.She explained that the delay was due to people being late for their appointments.Clean place. There are a few male masseuses working there. Some can speak English quite well.Rose had firm rhythmic hands . Qi Qi was an active female masseuse who always did her best to make customer feel better. Her massaging pace was likely fast. She did cupping and hot stone massage too.Gina provided efficient, friendly and helpful service.However the lady at reception on Thursdays was not as efficient and friendly. She acted like a big boss to customers and not very polite.Atmosphere can be improved by trying to keep the conversation outside rooms minimum.Prices can be quite expensive if you dont have private health fund. $100 for one hour massage including cupping. Bring cash to avoid surcharge.There are two separate shops in Westpoint.

Had Cindy today for 75mins all body massage. I left feeling 1000% better. And can't wait to go back. Thank you for easing my pain and discomfort. Apart from noise in clinic with other guests I was really relaxed and treated so well.
