Love shopping in this store, beautiful homewares, Friendly helpful staff

Hi - I was in Eloquence today ( the third time this week) and the assistant was extremely pushy as she was on the other 2 occasions this week. I was quietly looking at items with my friend when the assistant repeatedly picked up items to hand to me.As she passed a Christmas ornament (value $12.95) she let go of it before I had hold of it - as it was glass it smashed!!She informed the grumpy boss who insisted I pay for the item.I have spent literally many hundreds of dollars in this shop over the last couple of years and unfortunately I will never shop there again.I am sure the item probably cost $3.00 at most wholesale.Extremely disappointed!!Chris M
