Cheng was my very first PT many many years ago whilst I was working in Perth CBD. We recently reconnected for PT as we were once again working in the same location.One of the only PTs I've had who is focused on correct technique. Sessions are variable, it's not the same each session which I prefer. His approach is pretty relaxed and knows when to push you when required. He's not someone that's intense or gets loud as you hear with others.Highly recommend for mobility training, strength and conditioning, lifting, general fitness etc.

I used to train with Cheng a long time ago, and recently decided to take up a PT again and without hesitation due to his passion, knowledge and straight forward approach to fitness/gym I called on him again. He always has an answer and is able to explain everything very simply/logically thanks to many many years of experience under his belt.

I was in search for a coach for my next upcoming comp. I met Cheng at Goodlife Myaree where he does PT. They do say image makes a good first impression and judging by his size he sure did look like he knew what he was doing. Long story short we are now nearing close to our goals. With a complete off season phase done and now to cutting, needless to say Cheng knows his stuff. So whatever your goals may be, be assured Cheng will get you there.
