Very poor customer service and knowledge of the mechanics, i had to chase the girl up in the office for every little detail to which I never got a response from or a proper rwc after paying for one. Very disappointed and if people don't want to be taken advantage of I wouldn't be going here. The manager was on the ball but I'm guessing if he knew what his staff were like they wouldn't be working in another mechanic again.
