I first learned of Thermal Double Glazing when I wandered into Home Innovations in the Power Centre. Given that I was about to make a large financial outlay to my home, I wanted to do my research. I saw the display for Thermal D.G & was impressed by the quality. A call was made to Michael, & a couple of days later he came out to my home to measure & to discuss my options & I immediately felt comfortable. The knowledge & passion Michael has for the product & the advice he gave to me were invaluable. The favourable quote came along with easy to follow detailed drawings.Am happy to say the product far exceeded my expectations, & the quality of workmanship in the installation by Steve was second to none. Michael kept it real with detailed plans and technical information and estimated dates. The install was a month earlier than expected, so a positive change just before the holidays.I’m writing this on my couch, the tilt and turns wide open and fresh air pouring in, with no bugs. Yarra Windows installed double glazed windows and sliding doors into my newly built home. I am thrilled with the results. The quality of the product is exceptional, as was the installation. Couldn’t be happier with our new windows. The whole process was a breeze from measure and quote with Michael to final measure and install with Steve and the boys.The windows are exactly as advertised, sound reduction is amazing (live on a busy corner) and has kept the house so much cooler than the old windows.Air conditioner usage has dropped noticeably.Steve and the boys did a great job and was more than happy to adjust anything i broached.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at windows.

From quoting to install, Michael and his team were very easy to deal with and with such a huge decision to make with which company to go with, we can 100% know we went with the right ones.The quality of these double glazed windows is what we are most impressed with. The guys removed the old windows and slotted in the new ones with great care and precision- not to mention it was a second story! I cannot recommend this company enough! The product is well made, sturdy and exactly what we were after. The entire process from start to finish has been great. Michael came out to our house and talked through the options and went through all we needed when we went to the showroom to confirm our selection. No pushy sales techniques, just professional opinion and information. When John, came out to measure, again the service was impeccable. We have been subject to the Covid delays but the communication throughout this time has been timely and reassuring. Finally today was instillation day - the team that came (John +1) were fantastic - they were on time, polite, friendly, and cleaned up completely after themselves - a rarity!
