I was after an item, that I was unable to purchase online or locate in any QLD store. I rung and spoke to Paige, whose customer service was AMAZING. She has such a friendly manner and was so helpful. It was so nice dealing with her and she went above and beyond.

Good enough shopping experience. Located inside waurn ponds shopping centre. We didn't see the whole store, mainly the baby department and some of the racks were so over stocked that clothes were coming off and onto the ground where they were getting stood on and visibly filthy. My worry was when a staff member comes along and sees it, do they brush it off and put it back on the shelf or remove it entirely due to it being in my opinion, a defect item now that it is grossly degradated? There was not just one but more than 10 singlets, long sleeve tops, pants and cardigans, on the floor that were visibly black in places and collecting floor dust like they had been there for a long time. Trusting what you are buying for your 6 month old is hard when you see this. Obviously, we still wash everything but it's still not a huge vote of confidence.

Travelled from Colac to have some photos printed, had one done on canvas which is a 24 hr wait for pick up, travelled back the next day to find they hadn't done it or had lost it. Then had to while it was do e, no real apology for the inconvenience. Not the best service in my opinion.

Awful experience from staff named Jordan, He has no eye contact and interests serving customers. You probably need extra training regarding your customer service skills and professionalism. Pretending He is checking stock level and told me that they ran out of stock and apparently Kmart website shows stock available. Staff with long blonde hair directed me to the right area and i found the item afterwards. The second staff was helpful though.

Awful, awful! I was down from Point Lonsdale for the weekend from Melbourne, I went on a hunt to purchase a Plisse set in black, that I happen to purchase the other colour from Kmart Leopold, so I was desperate to get it in black so I drove up to Waurn Ponds to see if they had it in stock (online mentioned low stock) and I had to walk around 10 mins to find someone. First girl was lazy and told me to keep walking around to find someone from the clothes aisle, 5 mins later I did and this girl was atrocious when I asked if she knew where I can find the set I was looking for.. told me to just look for it myself and if it’s not there then it’s not there, then just walked off. This girl attitude needs to be dropped…Thank god this isn’t my local Kmart, I feel sorry to whoever encounters this young lady (wearing a pony tail with a nose ring)

store is fine and other staff seem lovely, but at about 4:30 pm today a staff member, middle aged white woman, that was standing with a trolley near the front checkout made a horrible racist remark very loudly. disgusting that people are like that. maybe rethink some staffing choices?

Great service by some (3) very helpful staff. Impossible to fault my experience of their staff. Two out of three items I was after was OOS & in short supply due to C19 issues. Life happens, I got by.

I hate that I shop here sometimes. I'm not a fan of big department stores but alas sometimes it's convenient. However there's nothing I can complain about in a business sense, except that the quality of many items including shoes, some kitchen utensils, stationary and toys are very poor. I hate to think how these places are contributing to our carbon footprint.

Out of bags dohave to struggle carrying all my items to car .Plus the sports clothes are hanging up so high you get blinded by the lights trying to look at them.Positive not many people here
