Building is usually a stressful task but Carter Grange will take all the stress out from you. Thank you my project admin Georgia and project manager Stuart! Both of you are amazing and helpful. The quality of the work is good and fair priced. You might want to spend more money and time with customised builder if you are looking for a unique house.

Anybody who is considering building with this company needs to think twice. There is more to them on the deeper side that does not meet the eye. They lack ethics and professionalism. Let alone moral responsibility.I am a resident next door to a house they have been building and this company does not give a hoot about damage being done to your property, and vehicles. Have been telling them for months about chunks of debris, nails, and type 17 screws falling onto my property from the build. Major hazards.Having done the right thing with all the initial signs, all complaints are ignored and evaded. The company has no operations plan, over and above no sense of decency to fix their mistakes and errors.If your going to build a house with these people, imagine what problems you would be likely to have after, with the level of thinking and poor ethics they follow.I have had large amounts of coarse concrete dust from the hebel exterior cladding land on my car which has destroyed the paint work over the whole car since the lime for the hebel reacts with the paintwork and Carter Grange take no responsibility, play a game, and then try to turn it around on the resident. Its led to my car being totally ruined and also now facing write off as a result of negligence and unprofessionalism. There is no adequate dust collection and for a period of months your whole life and personal property will be ruined through these guys.The next phase had render from the build also being splashed all over my car which is around 5-6 metres away from the new build structure.On top of this have had massive disturbances with trucks blocking my driveway, trees being damaged and branches hanging over and many such hazards. Then violating parking laws by illegally parking and blocking sight to incoming traffic. All this goes on for months day in day out. No reputable building company that is a responsible corporate entity does this. These guys are definitely not responsible and a menace to society.The whole site is unsafe and a hazard to the public with temp fences almost falling onto the pavement, with heavy steel stacked against it. The council are not able to do anything, but its still a hazard. There is always lots of rubbish day in and day out that is strewn on the street which undoubtedly makes its way into the stormwater drains and then out to sea. They have no care for the environment or surroundings.They definitely know the tricks of the trade and it seems clear have an unfair edge over the normal resident. The managers try to talk you out of your valid reasoning, and its clear cut examples of many red flags.They have no care and no respect for anyone. The building manager is a trickster and evades everything. As a resident you will also be faced with expensive court action to get anything done, over and above the stress, hassle and burdens. So if you want to love your neighbours" do not get these guys to build a house for you. The way these guys operate you will most likely have problems with your neighbours after you move in due to the damage they cause during their builds.Its a common trap for many to get lured in

Carter Grange completed our dream home in November 2017 - 3 - 4 months ahead of schedule. This was our third build and by far, a hassle free, dream experience. There are so many things that can go wrong during the build process, however, the Carter Grange processes from start to finish was thorough and professional and mitigated a lot of issues that can arise during the construction phase. Our prelim experience with Jen (sales) and John (design) were amazing and with the help of John (design) and David (on site supervisor), the build process was as good as it gets. As always, there were design and choices that looked OK on paper, but in reality didn't work and Carter Grange were flexible enough to allow us to make changes with minimal fuss and cost. I highly recommend Carter Grange as a builder for your next project.

Poor quality homes that are no different to volume builders. Except volume builders are better because you get better bang for buck. Don't get fooled just because they build in nice suburbs.

I recently had the pleasure of building with Carter Grange Homes. Their work exceeded all my expectations from start to finish. The design team, the colour and selection team, and the administration team not to mention the wonderful site managers all showed a level of professionalism, skill and commitment which was truly exceptional. This is not to say that there were no concerns during certain stages of the build – however, any concerns were addressed promptly and I was kept appraised regularly on any delays (thanks to COVID-19)Their friendly and approachable demeanour, combined with their unwavering dedication to making sure we were satisfied with the final product (special thanks to Rob C – Site Manager and Site Coordinator, Ella F), created an exceptional experience which is why I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Carter Grange Homes!

We commenced our build with Carter Grange in 2017. The house was finished in March 2018. Total time to build a circa 50 square home was 10 months.There were a few issues during and after the build however all issues were rectified. During the build we had David Leinhors as our Building Manager. He was fantastic.We have been extremely impressed with the maintenance period. Roy and Marty Carson were fantastic during this period and attended to every issue. Marty was structured, organised and above all very professional. A very nice guy.We highly recommend Carter Grange.

Although we decided to renovate opposed to knock down and rebuild, we found Carter Grange to be a professional, well respected company with excellent communication.Their level of quality and workmanship appear to be higher than other building companies we’ve looked at.We would highly recommend Carter Grange as a building company.

Carter Grange is very professional, our building experience was very smooth. Our house finished before the pandemic , it made some of the fix up work difficult during the lock down. But even after almost 2 years, when we contact Carter Grange, they were quick response, quick fix the problem, make our life so much easier. During the whole process, no only the site manage we had ( Matt & Stuart) but also the maintenance manager Matt, they are all so easy to work with, we would like to say big thank you to you all. Keep up the good work, definitely will recommend to our family and friends.

Carter Grange has just finished our stunning new house in Melbourne's South East. The customer journey has been brilliant from start to finish. The actual build itself took a speedy 8 - 9 months. My wife and I agree that we've never had a better customer service experience in our lives. Building a house is a lengthy and complex process, yet all the way through, we have dealt with great people who attended quickly to our needs with patience and good humour. Even when problems popped up (as will always be the case for a complex project of this nature), they were swiftly addressed. The design, planning and building processes are all well structured to make sure you always know exactly what's happening. The end result is quite magnificent and we are still pinching ourselves to have this big new beautiful house. We can't recommend Carter Grange enough!

After building with Carter Grange almost six years ago, we had some roof leaks which Paulette and David from the Maintenance team took care of in a professional manner and kept in communication throughout the repairs and ensuring we were satisfied with the outcome.
