They never close or open on time. Had to come three times to collect one parcel from their parcel point. Terribly incompetent.

This is the only convenience store or grocery shop in the whole of Parkville, apart from those in the Royal Melbourne and Royal Children's hospitals. This would make the shop a potentially useful resource, but it doesn't keep to advertised opening hours. Advertised opening hours are 8am-7pm during the week, but the shop regularly opens later and closes earlier than advertised. The shop closed entirely for quite a long period over the Christmas/New Year period without posting any information about when it would reopen. I would hesitate to use this store as a ParcelPost delivery location if you plan to collect the parcel very early or very late.
