This was a great day. The staff were excellent and the kids loved it. An easy trip from Melbourne. We boarded the Santa Special at Gembrook and all went well.On return very well organised with events and entertainment for the kids. Whether you are a local or visitor a great day out.

We love the train ride and food. It was fun and the park was very beautiful. But unfortunately the slightly old man at the ticket counter was very rude and he got angry when I ask about how the train line works as he was complaining that I ask it two times. The way I understand he was kind of discuss about people with different skin colors. I understand that these kind of things are not tolerated in Australia but I felt like that. I recommend that they should try to put younger people with more friendly approach. Other than that incident it was fun and good. Will visit the place soon.

Very good spot to get train photos and the town is very nice especially for a lunch break.
