Slow service, took measurements twice at the house, to no avail. Had laptops out, two people taking measurements, the whole lot. Normally, if the results were satisfactory, that would be fine.Instead, we were left waiting months for new blinds, with additional excuses provided by the manager. Simply unacceptable for this level of work and investment.Other parts took months to even arrive. The lack of communication between customer and the staff is apalling.There is an old saying: measure twice, cut once. I'd suggest this company gets a sign for their employees to enforce this.

We recently got curtains for our bedroom and we couldn’t be happier. We have always loved Brocks from the gorgeous homewares to the ladies who are extremely lovely and helpful.Thanks so much for the care and advice, attention to detail from measuring to installing them .
