The school did not hesitate with getting hands on and learning in terms with robotics and wood tec, this does not normally happen in many schools and is one reason why i appreciate it because i feel like i learnt the most i possibly could from the STEM Robotics elective.

As a student that has been at Hillcrest since year 3, I absolutely love this school, many facilities, a great learning environment and supportive teachers. There are many learning opportunities and ways for students to extend themselves academically and in their extra-curricular activities. The teachers are always there to help us when we need it and always encourage us to do our best in everything that we do. Yes there are some downsides such as the social atmospheres in the classrooms, but that's something that will be at any school and change between classes. Thank you to Crest for providing me with such a wonderful schooling experience so far.- Dulanitha (Year 9 2020)

This school was not the best, to a student like me who attended the school for both Year 7 and 8, I found the classes neither interesting nor educational, even the so-called accelerated program was a complete waste of time. The teachers went off on long tangents (about either Christianity or their life stories) frequently in class and payed little respect to other beliefs and cultures, which is ironic as the school promotes good values.Even though the school is supposed to have a friendly Christian community, my friends and I dealt with bullying/teasing throughout the two years. This was disheartening as I had high expectations for the school. I even felt glad that I was leaving. However, the facilities of the school were great and there were many electives to choose from each year. There were certainly teachers that actually took their time and taught like actual teachers should.Overall, I did not have the best experience there and would not consider to go again, but I would recommend this school to people who focus more on non-school related subjects rather than good grades.

I was at this school for 3 years, I started in year 7 it was very confusing and difficult to navigate the school, I didn't have a map nor a timetable for my classes and for events I did not have enough information though those happened only on a few occasions. I struggled to make friends at the start but I soon made many friends. Other then the rough start this school is wonderful, all of the teachers are great and I have nothing to complain about them they care for every student and take time to help them. There are many great facilities at this school and a great learning environment to go with it. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.

This College is a wonderful 'all-round' Christian school, with offerings for a wide range of students. State of the art facilities, plenty of electives, great sporting and performing arts opportunities and all set on 100+ acres so students have room to breathe.

SLIGHTLY BELOW Average: The school itself is average and the education level is pretty low for some subjects. Although I haven't really learnt anything much. It does take a lot of fees per year. It's an expensive school with not much education. I left this school at the end of year 5 and was quite a shock that I really didn't get as much education as expected.

I'm a previous student of 4 years, I was bullied as well as my brother. The teachers don't do anything to help the student in class or issues outside the classroom. Its an awful environment, please send your kids somewhere better

My two children attend Hillcrest, one in fourth grade and the other in eighth grade (as of 2023). They have been students there since kindergarten. The teachers have gone above and beyond to support my children, who have different needs and have been challenging at times. As parents, we are grateful for the caring environment and excellent education. Our children are thriving at Hillcrest and love going to school. The Christian values they have learned have contributed to their growth, discipline, and personalities. Thank you, Hillcrest, for everything you do. I got happy kids,,,, and we are happy parents.
