Misrepresented, the good review by Harpreet works there. Arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes late. Called 3 times to find them, no apology offered. No manners, Damaged plants and planters. Ripped carpet right in the middle in stairs.. offered $100 as compensation, the Quote to fix stairs $450-$500, has no insurance or a registered business under GH removals. Makes his own policies up as he talks, he called me his worst customer .. well I call him the worst delivery people in Australia .. dodgy brothers look good .. anyone feel free to contact with conditions ..

Awesome service. It could have taken 2 trips once we realised how much furniture there was but Harry offered to bring in an extra truck and 2 more people so everything could be done in one trip. Super speedy pack and unpack. The guys would not give up trying to get my treadmill around the awkward corners into a small room and eventually got it in with lots of care and attention. Nice team. Highly recommended.

Overall pleased with the move - affordable and good service. However I was asked to do this review while one of the removalists was standing with me, insisting it was “company policy”. This is a bit of an uncomfortable way of operating.The guys moved our items locally - we were pleased with their removal and managing some difficult angles. We had one damaged box (tub) but it was not in great condition in the first place. Overall a satisfied customer.

Bad service, try to trick you into paying more, break items and do not let you know, broke TV and have lied about it, linked through movee told they had insurance but cannot get anything back to replace broken TV. Have Lied about what they did, initially gave good review until I latter discovered hidden damage, discovered TV was broken becaseu of their incompetence, and they have continued to lie about what they did. They also try to scam more money, quoted for drop off on way then insisted they would have to do to 2 trips, really have you over a barrell as not really option to change provider on the day. They could have done drop off, just a con. Beware dishonest disreptuable.

The experience with this removalist was very bad. The operators was not experienced and very slow, that ended up in a very expensive service. They damaged furniture, floors and walls. Not recommended at all.

Booked GHRemovals today. No up dates during the day, called multiple times. Finally got a hold of them and the delivery time was rescheduled twice and then cancelled the delivery towards the end of the day. No compensation offered. Unprofessional.

They were late, unprofessional, broke wheel off a piano then tried to charge more on delivery above a fixed quote.Becareful as they will be pushy to leave them a false review and grab your phone

I think they're calling themselves Diamond Removals now. I can understand why they are 'temporarily closed'. Booked for 7am Saturday, rang them, they said it was booked for Monday even though we had email verification of the booking. Rocked up at 4pm. They were told it was two storey, said they needed 3 people to bring the fridge downstairs. Rebooked for 1pm Sunday. Got a phone call right on 1pm, can't make it. Booked for 7am 'on the dot' (their words). I rang them at 7:30am, they got there at 8.15am. It took them 4 hours to move 1 uni student room (incl couch and fridge) of furniture. We had already taken all the boxes. Unreliable, Unprofessional, not careful with walls or furniture, cheap rates but slow workers. Mover BEWARE!!!

Needed to arrange a piano move at short notice from a distance. Quote was keenly priced. The move was from a city to a country address and had some unusual aspects - but the team handled these without fuss. Pickup and delivery a bit later than planned, but otherwise a good value service.
