They will go above and beyond to help you with your enquiry or any thing that you may require for your pet. They cater for all pets big and small. They also are a supplier for the amazing Din Dins dog food range, which is all natural no additives or fillers it is made from human grade ingredients.

Would not take our dog anywhere else. Caisha and her staff are so good at putting your dog at ease, fantastic groomers and extremely knowledgeable. Professional and courteous always. My dog runs in the door of the shop. She loves the place and the staff and so do I. Cannot speak highly enough of their customer service. Great product range for pet foods, treats and accessories with very competitive pricing. We are so lucky to have them in Upwey.

Could not recommend these lovely people more! My dog Jake is very timid and quite large and recently had a knee surgery, and the ladies have been so accomodating of this and take extra care with him, lifting him up making sure he doesn’t hurt his leg. He always comes out happy, wagging his tail and smelling amazing. Absolutely adore these ladies and are so thankful for them

LOVE this business! They stock almost everything you could ever want for all pets and even some livestock. Great selection of raw foods for dogs and cats, as well as kibble. All very reasonably priced (in most cases, cheaper than I found online) The staff really know their stuff with nutrition and their advice is invaluable. The ladies that groom are amazing, they are experts with difficult/nervous dogs and you can tell they really love their jobs. (it's no surprise that they are booked solid!) I always try to support local so was thrilled to find this place. Drop by, you won't be disappointed :)
