I would like to give no stars. Went for a 4 hour walk around induction, to be told I don't have the job. I hope the lady that fell over in the induction sued you. I have a Cert IV in Warehousing, transport, pallet control and allocating experience, am currently completing my bachelor of OHS and have been rejected every time. Must have to be Einstein to work in their ops team!!! Zero stars; check yourself and your system before sending rejection emails on Public holidays and Sundays. Word finder computer algorithm fail!!!! Wouldn't work for you now out of principal!

Management not good ..special afternoon shift.

Worked here for just over a year my time here I felt was wasted, management are gender bias and makes it hard for the men to move up in position I'm saying this on what I saw inside the factory. Training was not good as the factory is quite new as are the people that train you so it was kind of work it out for yourself. The only thing I found good about the place was the Canteen cheap meals and they give you alot on a plate. Management was poor and it felt like they were just walking around passing the time most likely supervisors from previous employers that just couldn't make it where they were. I worked as a line runner but they wanted me to move up to be line leader but because I wasn't too keen on it they moved me to line 13 which pretty much means you've been forgotten about in other words we don't want you move on. So my time spent there was pretty much a waste of time big gap in my resume now but have now moved on to a better job, way better pay, time off when needed and a workplace that actually cares for their workers.

Hilton foods need to take a closer look at who they have as leaders on night shift and to make sure they lead by example and are fair with each employee. (No Favouritism) They only report issues that involve people they dislike but break The code of conduct for their own family and friends. For eg. a coworker was recently terminated due to a report from the line leader on line 4 (afternoon) for throwing meat. But she didn't report the others involved as they were a friend of hers. She also included in the termination forms that thisemployee takes long breaks which is not true and can be confirmed through the finger print scans. This leader needs to apply her own advice to herself as she has always taken long breaks since she became a leader. It is not okay for anyone to take advantage of their position or other co workers for that matter. Also like to add that Hilton foods need a better support system for those who wish to come forward with complaints. I know for a fact that there were a lot of people who have tried to report an issue to the teamleader but he overlooked it because he is good friendswith this line leader. This is not okay.

Currently working here.I am full-time now and have been for three months but I still have not received the employee discount card, my emails keep getting ignored regarding this.Working as a casual was not enjoyable, people can boss you around, you get sent home early a lot and your shifts get cancelled allot so if you are offered the opportunity to become full-time, TAKE IT!!!.A very competitive working environment, some not very nice people like in every work environment but many nice people also.

Jobs very average, pay is alright but can definitely be better. Most of the time is spent waiting around on the machines, also when I was there day shift managers kind of sucked. I wouldn't recommend this job at all.
