I would rate 0 stars if that is an option. They came 6 days ago to measure and give a quote and today they send me an email stating that they will not be giving a quote or doing this job without any reason. Very unprofessional and bogus people who waste your time for nothing----EDIT: I'm replying to the response from the owner who only replied 7 months after I posted my initial review. Only now in their response, they're telling me there isn't enough access. They never gave this reason before. When he came to do the quote, he said he will have to go back to the office to calculate material, labour costs etc and inform me in few days. There are 2 points of access from another road and the neighbours side. I even showed this when they came to quote. Other people were able to provide quotes and do the job. This is the first time I'm hearing about your reasoning, in the response to my review. In your email, you said you won't be providing a quote after careful consideration only. Your email never said anything about access. Other people were able to provide quotes and do the job. I guess they had better and knowledge and skill which worked out better for me.
