Cannot begin to thank Paul, Meghan, Will and last but certainly not least..... Lola. These guys have been so unbelievably helpful and awesome at getting me out on the road and dirt. It's rare that you get top level knowledge and truly personal service, but these guys have it in spades. There's not enough thanks I can give.

Haven't shopped here but just called for some advice and had amazing customer service from Robin (I hope I spelled that correctly). She took the time to find out answers to my questions and was super friendly to talk to. Will definitely be popping by this store if I need bike help again.

A+ shop, highly recommend Berry Mountain Cycles. In the past I have spent countless hours frustratingly turning allen keys on my bike, swearing and breaking stuff. That's not how I like to spend time with my bike. Having met the team and discussed options, I was pleased to entrust my bike to Berry Mountain Cycles, not only did they carry out the work required, it was completed earlier than expected and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend, I'll be returning again.

Spoke to Robin early in the week about a bike super helpful and a personable. Dropped in two days later to purchase the bike and found Paul to amazing and helpful and assisted me in setting the bike up. Highly recommend this couple for your biking needs. Thanks see you soon

A wonderful service from a great couple.There's plenty more than just one place to buy a bike from, or take it to be serviced, but for me from now on, there is only Berry Mountain Cycles. Great product, lots of knowledge, lots of help and advice, totally professional. I highly recommend Paul and Meagan (Lola too) and wish them a successful future.

Paul and Megan are fantastic and would recommend them for all you cycling needs. Having a local Specialized dealer is a bonus for me. They look after both my road and MTB and I always get great customer service and a professional service and quick turnaround for my bikes.
