My Alpine White 2014 BMW 420i coupe was side swiped.Quite extensive external damage.From the very get go, Sam, was just so helpful and reassuring.You can tell he knows BMWs very well!He booked me in swiftly to get the car repaired which was great, I needed a hire car and ended up with a brand new BMW X3.That right there says it all about the ethos of this company.They look after prestige cars with prestige customer service.When my car returned (only 5 days later) it was immaculate!Sam even got both wheels refurbished even though only one was charged on the estimate. He just wanted it to look right.Again, above and beyond.This is a great example for how a small business should be run, with expertise, precision and amazing customer service.Plus the assurance they are one of the few BMW certified repairers in Sydney and these guys are the best for your BMW in my opinion.Great job,Thanks to all involved.Simon

Needed a carbon fibre spoiler and decals fitted on my BMW - M240i. Alex gave me a fair quotation for the work and then did an outstanding job on the day it was booked in. That's why i guess they are BMW accredited. Refreshing to see a family run business take pride in everything they do. My go to place now.
