Good place to shop only if you have plenty of time to dig around and wait for the fitting room as they only have 2 which are tiny and dark. The store is small, a bit messy and disorganized however I always find it easy to spot staffs on floor both upstairs and downstairs who are willing to help.Went there last week, a young girl who served me at the check out counter was chewing a gum, no hello or smile and she handed me the receipt by throwing it on the counter desk. No sorry or thank you. What a horrible customer service!

Lots of stuff. But in different shapes and sizes. Never seem to find the right size even with this huge merchandise. There is a massive collection of shoes on the top floor and you will find them lot cheaper but may not like a lot of them.Think this shopping chain has lost its Mojo. If only they had the right sizes and perhaps limited variety, it would be a great hit. The layout is depressing.

Going here is a waste of time. Sometimes more is less. All the sizes and clothes were so mixed it was impossible to find anything.The prices are wacko. They have a 2k price tag and then it's crossed off until it comes down to $250 which is still crazy for what they're offering. I saw a similar thing in cotton on for $30!There are racks that are marked $5 or $10 but you really need all day to seperate the junk from the good and find your size.

Decent customer service. Boys there was friendly and helpful but they do need better training. Place was a mess, it was a joke finding single shoes in every three or so boxes. No public toilet facility. They need their air conditioning fixed. Pricing of shoes was another problem as well. Although there are good shoes like Asics, however the price is around 60-180. There were tables of they so called cheap shoes". It was either bad quality or second hand

Overfilled and horrible looking warehouse. Cheap shoes which some have been damaged. No exchanges or refunds not great.

Very helpful staff - were happy to help me look for one specific shoe ( they had the last size in NSW of the shoe I wanted). Good range of cheap shoes.The chain loses a star because I hate the fact most '...get one free' sales force you to buy a different brand.

A place to shop for a wide variety of branded shoes at reasonable prices. Not all popular brands though. You can get a good bargain during their sales event. The clothes though look rather cheap. During their sales days be prepared to stand in the payment queue for an hour at least.

Travelled 40 mins here as ads kept coming up on FB and looked promising. Store is very messy and unorganised. Nearly all womens clothing and shoes. Sizes mixed and some not labelled on coat hanger so very hard to find, prices also confusing. Ladies could probably find a few good deals but would need to allow a few hours to look through it all. Don't go on a hot day like I did as there is no air con.

Closing down store - rummage through the clothing still there and you'll find a few bargains. Shoes galore. But be aware items may not have any stock left in your size. Overheard that the Warehouse will have less sporty clothing in the new rebrand and have more regular clothes.
