We have used precision automotive for all our vehicles the last 4+ years and have always been very impressed with there service.I recently had a more serious issue with my vehicle which was needed for a big towing trip to north Queensland without much time to have it ready.Ross and his team worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a buggered intercooler and rushed to have it fixed. Also suprised me with a very good price for all their work.I always recommend them to friends and family and will certainly continue to.

My back wheel made a funny sound on turning last Wednesday on my way to Sale for work. I immediately brought the car to Precision they were able to diagnose that the problem was due to a piece of tar stuck in the wheel causing damage to the rotor. Ross, Cam, Jaike and the team went out of their way to fix the problem as soon as possible so that I could still get to work for an important appointment. Thank you for your excellent professionalism. Service is more than 5 stars!

Great service with friendly and knowledgable staff, having been taking my cars here for 5+ years, they've grown as the business but still offer that friendly service I've come to expect. They have never led me astray and have always been open and honest about work required and cost involved. Have recommended to many friends over the years. As a tourist towing and traveling through Traralgon at the end of the week, I had some serious concerns about my vehicle safety. I stopped here towards the end of the day expecting to come back when they had availability. Wow, a quick test drive and look found and fixed what could have become a serious issue.
