I recently moved to Dianella from Scarborough so thought I'd look for a new hair stylist. I thought I'd found her in Chanelle who has done a magnificent job on my hair each time over the past 6mths, my issue is that you never get the same stylist from go to finish. I get that it's a busy salon and all that but I do believe there is some over/double booking going on. I just recon that I pay $240 for a style booking in with one stylist ... well I think you see where I'm going. I had the beautiful Mia attend my colour one day as Chanelle was unwell. Mia was fantastic but no offer of alternate booking or even maybe a drop in cost as the apprentice was doing my hair. I think the girls do an amazing job but when it gets busy they need to make sure they are fully attending each client and not palming customers off to other stylists.

Shaney is a miracle worker. First visit today and am so impressed with everything from the service to the colour. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and a special mention to Isabel, what a professional young lady! Will definitely be a return customer. 100/10 ⭐️

I had a great experience with Mussan Hair & Beauty. I have been there twice now and both times I was very happy with my hair and the overall service. Not too expensive either. They staff are friendly, professional and efficient. They are a very busy salon but still take the time to understand what you’re after as their customer. Definitely recommend!

Unsure if new management but absolutely discussed in the service. I booked an appointment for my fiancee 2 weeks in advance as she was returning from up north. When she arrived at the time, Saturday, 12 noon, she was told that the appointment had been cancelled as she was supposed to be there at 10am. I never received a call and the appointment time and date on the card was shown to the staff who said, sorry, but that appointment wasn't available.They didn't even try and fit her in. It was a sorry, you'll have to find somewhere else. So we did and will never return.Avoid this store. Staff are rude and unfriendly and unhelpful.This shop has had a high turn over of staff. The old staff members were awesome but they have left for obvious reasons....
