I rang up to confirm if a service provider was really a member of ASIAL since the membership logo is displayed on the tax invoice of the provider. Worst customer service I've ever seen, the lady was falling asleep on the phone didn't want to help me at all, come on asial recruit someone that speaks English, this secretary couldn't understand anything. what a joke.

I am really starting to get really disheartened by ASIAL. I have been a member for well over 20 years - through the time when it wasn't mandatory and then it was, and then it wasn't again. I am a female security company owner - very rare; back then, I started 25 years ago, won the NSW Businesswoman of the year, and have won the best in Australia 6 times now - and I have notified ASIAL and not a peep. It's like crickets. If you are not one of the big companies forget it.As security company owners, we are going through the most challenging time ever, and we need to advocate for this industry. Have people forgotten the portfolio of the organisation? Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth.

The worse customer service ever! I have been trying to get into contact with anyone in the company and no-one seems to know what their job is. All I have managed to do is get passed onto 100 different people. Never ever use them if you value your time.
