Came here three years ago after a bad home bleach job. Samira worked wonders and due to the top quality results, impressively in depth info and their professionalism, I've been fiercely recommending them ever since. There's a solid foundation of knowledge and experience from all staff to help get your hair sorted and the hair care products are true quality--since I started using the products they recommended, my hair stopped falling out as badly (due to PCOS) and I've found it so much healthier. They are a wonderful crew and work hard to help you get beautiful results. Recently went with a colour for the first time and the artist Sebastien is literally magic. I LOOOVE it.

oh my goodness i had ciara (not sure about spelling sorry!) to do regrowth bleaching and hair dye and she did an amazing job! literally blew me away and i was so happy with the result! very friendly and funny and didn’t make me feel bad for being shy and non-talkative. the atmosphere was also really comfortable and the rest of the staff were lovely too! made my first visit in a new town very pleasant so i’ll definitely be coming back :)thank you ciara! wish i could upload photos to show your amazing work this review doesn’t do it justice!!

I’ve visited C&K multiple times now and could not recommend them more! I’ve gone both blonde and brunette with them and they always do an amazing job. They’re also super kind and great at both the consultation and communicating throughout to make sure you get the exact result you are after!

Saw Samatha at Charli & Kate, she was amazing and so understanding of what I wanted. Very professional and great community, everyone seems happy to work there! I went in with really bad colour, bleach blonde highlights with platinum blonde, orange and copper streaks! Thought I was going to have to cut all my hair off to save it, but Samantha worked miracles to get my damaged, fried hair back to soft hair with natural highlighted tones!

Went to Charli and Kate for a haircut and long layers and I couldn't recommend them more! The staff were super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely skilled. I've received so many compliments on my hair and will definitely be going back!

I got my hair cut, styled and treated yesterday. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in the salon. Hayden did such an amazing job! It’s the best haircut/ blow out I’ve ever received in a salon and Hayden was so lovely. Will definitely become a regular now, thank you Hayden!!

I came to the Charli and Kate salon for a colour correction after a recent walk in visit at another salon that that turned my orange. I saw Jamie and she did miracles on my hair. She is an expert when it comes to blonde. I left with a beautiful creamy balyage feeling soft as silk with perfectly tailored products to take home and maintain my new hair.

I've never left a bad review before but I had such an awful experience and really regret having my hair done here that I have to make an exception. I booked in here as I'm having engagement photos taken and needed to book somewhere on very short notice and wasn't able to book with my usual hair dresser in time.I just wanted a trim and a few little highlights. I was quoted at $390, I asked them to remove the hair cut which was quoted at being $120, but the final price was still $327, so I'm not sure how that works? But I was willing to pay this as it was the only salon I could book into with such short notice.Unfortunately, my hair turned out horribly, the highlights leaked and I'm left with blotchy highlights and a large white streak parallel to my part line (see photo). I'm so embarrassed and have been wearing my hair up to cover it and I will have to get it corrected. Also, my hair was so badly knotted and tangled it was physically painful having the knots brushed out, the hairdresser was not patient and was being really rough with my hair.In terms of service, my stylist left me sitting and waiting on 3 occasions to stop working on my hair and work with 3 other clients. I was left sitting with my head in the bowl with dripping wet hair and then again left sitting at the chair for 10-15 minutes with dripping wet hair waiting for a blow dry. I understand that the hair dressers were busy but no one communicated with me to tell me what was going on and why I was left sitting and waiting on so many occasions.To make it worse, the stylist Sebastian was walking throughout the salon without a mask on. It was a very uncomfortable situation.My wedding is in 4 months so i'm just hoping that I'll be able to have my hair corrected elsewhere and back to normal before then.
