As this is my first EV hybrid plug-in, he explained how this car system and tools works, most of all the benefits and savings. At time of car pickup, he was very thorough in walking me through of all the buttons, systems, charging, etc. Definitely recommend his service!—

From the moment I first walked into the Cupra garage through to the day I picked up my Formentor (yesterday!), David Bickford has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Dave has an amazing knowledge of the Cupra brand and in fact the motor industry in general.
