Michelle was a fabulous help in arranging the purchase of lights (from other Beacon stores) which weren’t available in the Bendigo store. Nothing was too much trouble and Michelle was delightful throughout and thus made our visit to the Bendigo store a very positive experience: all in all her customer service was exceptional. Thank you, Michelle!

Needed new fans for a new build and we had never purchased fans before! Service was excellent, friendly and efficient! Good advice on the types of fans and things to consider. Price was excellent, walked out with 5 fans in 20mins!

A good range of products with friendly and helpful staff. Their range is very much on-trend so if you're looking for the latest, they'll have it. Not much in the way of home automation but regular lighting of all types, they have you covered.

Our recent (and first ) visit to Beacon Lighting in Bendigo was an enlightening experience. My husband and I walked in with a few ideas and walked out with a clear vision of what we wanted to do in our kitchen/dining area and bedrooms. The girls helped us design lighting that would best serve our needs and suit both our style and budget. I highly recommend visiting here! Such friendly and knowledgeable staff!!
