Rented a lovely holiday home from this Real Estate. My issue is with the service and the way staff have spoken to us on the phone. They took a $200 deposit from us that has not been refunded to us yet a week after our stay. The house was left in the same condition after our 2 night stay. We have been given several excuses from it is not as easy as you think to access our trust account " and "it is our policy that it takes 14 days to give your deposit back because we do not have the time to be getting this done for our clients everytime they checkout " . I have also been told that the owner has to do an inspection. This property I know had back to back bookings so that makes no sense either ! Have called several times about this issue but have just received short

The Fairview is truely a home away from home. It is stunningly designed,decorated and furnished. No need to bring anything as everything that you could possibly need is available to you. Child friendly with plenty of toys and DVDs for the children. Awesome outdoor pergola with bbq facilities. Situated across from the river you have stunning views. Had a great stay will definately be back. I Highly recommend for families to book for a family getaway.

Great location, clean and comfortable little home

Tina Fernie did a wonderful job handling the sale of our families house in Cudmirrah which we had owned for almost 70 years. During the worst selling period in living history (fires, floods, and then a pandemic!), she kept working hard to try and find the right buyer for us. He and his team helped us out with tasks that were not part of the sale, like making sure the power was turned off at the powerboard when the power company came to turn it on for us - we lived some hours away, so their assistance saved us many hours.
