Ryan San Pedro (Netstrata)Ryan has been the Strata Manager of our building for the past three years. I have found Ryan to be pro active in all matters relating to the upkeep and management of our building. He is prompt in dealing with any matters that need attention and keeps the executive committee well informed.

Appointed Netstrata after a very ordinary and frustrating stint with Clisdells; Netstrata have done more in 1 year than Clisdells could!!Our strata manager Ryan San Pedro has been a delight; courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient, such a contrast to our previous managers.Would highly, highly recommend Netstrata, without question :)

Ryan San Pedro is Strata Manager for 26-28 King Street Rockdale.We have been with Netstrata and Ryan San Pedro for over a year now and we have experienced very good service. Ryan does communicate promptly and on time to all our enquiries. He has done inspection of the building and noted all issues which need to be addressed. He is very polite and professional does everything in his power to resolve arising issues. We will gladly recommend Ryan and Netstrata to any other buildings.

Our manager Steven Lekoski is responsive, professional and we have recieved a much better service since we moved to Netstrata. Their new app for owners is easy to use and offers transparency in financials. We have some very challenging and difficult owners and Stevens ability to manage conflict and demanding clients has been exceptional.

Have been liaising with strata manager Nicole Kazzi. Gutter clean is commencing as I am writing this. Quick note to say the company organised by Netstrata to do the works are very good at doing their due diligence in cleaning the gutters as well as the debris from our balcony, please pass on my feedback and thanks to all involved. (abc gutter cleaning).Also would like to note that the past days with the rain has been a good test and we are pleased to advise that we are enjoying our balcony once again without the water gushing thanks to the installation of additional downspout and roofing works to remedy the situation. All thanks to strata manager Nicole Kazzi for responding to our matters and being very prompt and professional all these years.

Our strata manager Dominic Bayndrian has done an exceptional job to get our building back on track. Our service levels are immeasurably better, communication with the strata committee is much improved.Were prior there would be a sense that we would need to double check work was being completed at a satisfactory level, that is no longer a pressing concern. There's now a sense of trust that the best interests of the owner's corporation are being taken care of.
