I had a fantastic experience with Elliott Stafford and Associates getting all of my personal affairs in order.They were compassionate and knowledgable and helped me attend to all necessary legal matters. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way, explained everything in a way I could understand easily and demonstrated understanding and humour when dealing with some of the more difficult issues.

Efficient, lovely staff and follow up

Elliott Stafford & Associates Firm helped me with my Family Law matters, they have been very supportive and understanding my needs & concerns. Bernadette Elliott is a wonderful caring person and she explained everything efficiently and was with me throughout the process even when she was not feeling well, she was there & supporting me. The Staff is very professional & helpful specially Paul.  I am so grateful with all the help I received from them, they really make you feel part of their family and I would recommend them 100%

I have had my will and conveyancing done with this firm. The staff are warm and friendly and the process was quick and easy

They handled the conveyancing on the sale of a house for me. Over the ~9 months I was a client, I’ve continually found that they are only intermittently responsive, needing regular follow ups from me to actually complete anything and resulting in some last minute rushes by me to get documents signed, ready for submission etc. The person handling my matter exited the company, and I guess there was no handover because her activities in flight stalled until I complained, and there was no notice to me telling me that she’d left.They do seem to be okay at what they do - their advice was fine and they managed the process.

Our experience with Elliott Stafford was very unprofessional and intimidating.Lack of communication between staff in the office was found to be less then average.Below is our experience with Elliot Stafford and Associates.We had an invoice that had to be paid by a due date we completely acknowledged this and had every intention to pay the full balance by the due dates.We continued to make regular payments some small and others very small amounts, we did our absolute best to make sure we met the due dates and did this 100%We were required to pay the balance of a parking infringement fine of $125 as well as an additional $110 for solicitor and processing fees to Elliot Stafford.We were completely fine with this and created a plan to do this right way and by the due dates.During covid lockdowns our financial situation really changed and impacted our day to day expenses, we requested to make part payments making sure we met the final due date.We were instructed that multiple payments was fine as long as we made sure we met payments by the due dates and we left a reference with every payment.During this process we received a very intimidating email from paralegalasking us to make larger payments as it become to hard and to much work processing payments into their trust account.We were told making part payments comes with significant administrative costs. If I was to continue to make these small installments to Elliot Stafford they will have no choice but to increase the costs to resolve this matter.After Receiving this email I made contact with the office declaring our payments and our payment plan.We were told a Representative will call us back to discuss.This call never came even after requesting a seconded time.In the end we over paid the account by around $40 we were ok with this and did not expect any refund I actually requested Paralegal at Elliot Stafford to donate the extra funds if they wanted to.Paralegal response was they don’t have time or resources to worry about donating extra funds they were keeping extra funds to cover extra admin costs because I made so many payments.Can’t say I was disappointed but did have a good laugh at the standards and process from paralegal team.Did not seem like a professional response.Moral principles and values during the hardest times just don’t apply here.

I had an incredibly professional experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and effective. The team here are efficient and emphatic.I was given great advice and I was very happy with the management of the entire process.Highly recommend!

I believe this firm was one of the most efficient and effective that I have dealt with in the last 20 years. Contray to what the comment below stated, I can only say positives about the staff and their productivity. I have recommended people of all ages and races as I knew the staff and solicitors are of the highest ilk. Just as myself, everyone I recommend is beyond jubiliant with their personal results.
