During the construction of the deck the guys ripped 2 huge holes in the lawn with their machinery. Was assured by Brendan that he would fix it but after 3 text messages and 4 phone calls were not responded to, it was clear to me that he had no intention of fixing the lawn that they destroyed . When we finally spoke to him we were again assured that the lawn would be fixed but once again this never happened (deck was completed in October and lawn still wasn't fixed in May).I also felt that sending a text at 9.03am the day after I received the final invoice at 12.30pm was a bit excessive... bank transfers take time and at least give me 24 hours before wondering why payment hasn't gone through""

Brendan and his team have done a fantastic job on our challenging floating deck design. Get Decked Melbourne were the only builders that we contacted that were happy to take on the build of a composite deck using an alloy frame above two habitable rooms. They were professional, fairly priced, turned up when they said they would and created a great product.
