Newcastle Wildflower Nursery
I'll never go back. I've been twice & each time I felt like I was being a nuisance being there asking questions & wanting to spend my money. Last week the guy was the worst & I was the only customer there. I'm over bad service. So I went to Wyee Nursery instead & wow what a contrast. Answered all my questions & more & even ordered in what I wanted. That's where I spent my money.

These guys have a wealth of knowledge about the plants. Entrance to this shop is only from one side of Lake Rd, be prepared to do a U turn or two.

I always enjoy it. It's nice to see such a great variety of beautiful Australian plants and the tube stock is good value. Don't assume that because they are Australian that they'll be easy to grow.... I've found natives to be considerably more picky about the growing conditions than exotics, especially when young. Ask for advice - in my experience they're always happy to help.
