Early December 2020, I requested the services of BLF Electrical Services to carry out a pre-purchase property Inspection of all Electrical wares (sockets/fuse boxes and components) @ an address in Scarborough. From the initial point of contact with Ben via ph. I found he was professional in his approach while also clearly listening to my needs for the job. I was shortly thereafter issued a quote for the job which was reasonable given others I had received for similar work. Ben arrived on time for the job and conducted the inspection identifying several safety concerns requiring repairs/upgrades potentially costing thousands which I would not have otherwise detected. Within a few hours Ben provided me an in-depth property inspection report which identified all defects with clear diagrams and photos on display.I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben for any Electrical/pre-property inspections.

It is so refreshing to have found an Electrician I can rely on. Ben is punctual, polite, competitive in price, and more importantly a tidy and excellent tradesman.I was building an extension and required all new electrics for 2 buildings.After speaking to and obtaining quotes from 3 other Electricians we met with Ben.He came up with an awesome idea for installing strip led lighting for a massive wall blackboard.
