BudgetDirect nominated Monza as my local smash repairer. I've always been a bit sketchy of smash repairers from horrible past experiences but these guys were amazing. Reasons why:1. The car was repaired perfectly, all electrical systems work fine (rear parking sensors, cameras, etc). Even polished and cleaned.2. Whole process took 2 days and they have a handy workflow tool which sends you live updates via text and web.3. Not a single KM on the odometer.4. The gentleman told me they have an unlimited warranty on all repairsWould highly recommend.

Hands down the best experience with a car repair shop I've ever had in 10 years! I was directed by my insurance to take my car down to those guys after someone hit my car on the street and didn't leave a note. Needless to say that I was extremely upset and in a really irritable mindset but my experience with them has been amazing from end to end and they really cared for my car like it was their own. First off when you drop off your car, a couple of minutes late you get an sms with a timeline showing all the stages of the repair process from drop off, to dissablement, paint spraying etc meaning at any moment you worried if it's taking too long or something, they keep you informed at any stage till it's time to come pick you car.Now with regards to the quality of work? To be honest I couldn't be happier, the car was returned to me brand new. It's impossible to guess the car was hit and has been repaired and I've looked really close.This isn't all. One hiccup was that my insurance didn't cover the replacement of my taillight who was damaged too (water started to get into the taillight after the shock) but didn't any sign of physical damage on it therefore refusing to cover it.Well I can't thank enough Rony who's the guy who looked after my car and went above and beyond to make sure I walked out happy and replaced the taillight anyway as agreed initially during the inspection.If it wasn't for him I would have ended up with a faulty damaged taillight which wasn't my fault at all.Couldn't be happier, great service, great quality of work and mostly honest people who hold their end of the bargain something that is really rare in the car repair industry as am sure everyone one day had to deal with shady repairers who tried to rip you off.Couldn't recommend these guys more.Thanks again guys.The owner of the Audi convertible

I appreciate how there is constant communication on the job progress via text as it brings me confidence that the job will get done on time. Thoroughly impressed with the service from Monza Smash Repair!Dropped off the car Tuesday morning and expected a one week turnaround (due to the long weekend) but she was ready for pick up the next afternoon!My bumper had to be patched up and painted and the grill replaced, after a not at fault accident - and she looks brand new again.Was met by Jason for the assessment and he was so friendly and welcoming (in fact everyone was), and he answered all of our little questions.I especially appreciate the update links that were sms’d after we left which were so helpful and reassuring - it was nice to be kept up to date with the stages of progress and I think this is an excellent customer service feature.I’ve already recommended to my friends if they’re ever in need.Thank you again guys, I’m so happy I got my car back so fast and that you made it such a flawless process.

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences ive had.. I was updated stage by stage of my repair.. car was repaired to a immaculate standard.. the manager made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Never experienced such attention to detail from a car repair Center. Have dealt with many smash repair centres before but Monza smash repairs were the best I’ve dealt with by far. Met all my expectations and more. Would definitely recommend

AMAZING SMASH REPAIR!! I highly recommend this spot if anyone is in need of a smash repair. I had my 2019 Camry fixed here recently and I would like to say that they are very focused on their attention to detail and customer service. I was updated day by day on the progress of my car and when I went to pick it up it was washed and cleaned inside out and looked brand new. The damages were fixed perfectly. I'm a very very happy customer. Thank you for looking after me. Will definitely be recommending my mates if they ever need to have their cars fixed to come here.

The guys and lady at Monza customer service just blew my mind, efficient, thorough, professional, excellent communication, friendly and go above and beyond their service, for example, I asked for the paint colour for my car today 12 May 2020 and not only did the gentlemen helped me out with the colour, he also gave me a small sample of the colour so I can touch up small scratches around my car - talk about going above and beyond service here. Excellent work guys/lady, keep it up, I used to be nervous about going to a smash repair but you people opened my eyes and given me some boost in confidence/trust where smash repairs are concerned.

So after being crashed into my insurance directed me to Monza Smash Repairs, what can I say these guys have been brilliant keep you updated every step of the way through the repairs and wash and wax your car before giving it back to you, I had to return on Saturday for a few little adjustments to my car and rather than me waiting in the reception, the guy from Monza said while you wait dinner is on us, walk to cafe blend 66 (30 second walk) and order what ever you like on us. THIS is what outstanding customer service looks like you will not regret bringing your car here and the main thing the car is looking like it stepped out of the showroom for the first time BRILLIANT !!!!
