Our property Manager Amy is easily the best property manager we have ever had as tenants. She was so pleasant to deal with, explained things clearly, for any maintenance requests they were acted on within hours, and routine inspections were a breeze. What I loved with Amy is that she never hesitated to pick up the phone if we needed to discuss anything which made communication easy, and personable. I appreciate your guidance and support throughout the time we rented with you, and hopefully we get to rent through you again in the future!

My partner and I lived in Kelvin Grove for 12 months with Amy from Accelerate as our rental agent.Amy was always very friendly and prompt when responding to any of our queries and was also very accommodating when arranging inspections and such. If you're after a professional, punctual and competent property manager then Amy is the manager for you. I have used Amy on two occasions and both times I have almost forgotten I owned the property.
