Disgusting and disappointing. The customer service was appalling, the bearded lady that served my brother in law, husband and myself was so rude and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in the shop. The kebab tasted stale with poor quality ingredients and the chips were average, the only good item I purchased was a bottle of water. If you want to be treated like garbage and waste your money this is the restaurant for you. Hope you can improve in the future.

Spent $45 on a kids kebab and 2 large kebabs. Im surprised we didn't get food poisoning. It tasted old and tough. Won't ever be going there again

We ordered a falafel wrap and beef wrap. Firstly, the way the server treated / spoke to us was super rude. On top of that the wraps were tasteless and super bad. Beef was rotten and so off. Really bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. The worst service in history. The lady with the hair chin gave me the wrong kebab. It was also terrible, dripping with oil and sauce. I asked her to remake it very nicely and then she started yelling at me. She told me that I needed to pay for a new one which I told her I would not. She kept persisting and then a man came out who was friendly and said he could remake it. Very distasteful service from that lady.

I enjoyed my kebab tonight at this place.Not sure what happened with all those folks that put up a bad review.All I can say is that my experience was great. Guys behind the counter were friendly. And made me a very nice beef dinner kebab.Plenty of outdoor seatingVery centrally located in Port Douglas, just off Macrossan Street on Grant Street.

Not sure how they call that a kebab. The two we purchased were bulging with dry tasteless meat, no discernible salad and an overdose of chilli sauce - probably with a view to rehydrating the meat. Don’t be tempted.

Amazing food, all I wanted was an 'AB' or Eastern States call is a halal pack. This has so much meat and chips could easily feed 2 or 3 hungry mouths.The old dude at the front counter didn't greet us, nor smiled but the cook at the back did and he was pleased to meet us, I couldnt really care how the food comes out as long as it tastes good :)Delicious and cheap feed!
